How does Holiday Mode work?

Whether you are planning a vacation, starting a renovation or need to be offline for any other reason, you can now simply go into Holiday mode without contacting our Support Team.

While you have the Holiday Mode feature enabled, your venue will not be visible to customers on Bolt Food, and it will not impact your availability metrics.

To enable this feature:

  • Go to the Partner Portal;
  • Select Opening Times;
  • Click Add holiday;
  • Choose the dates of your unavailability.

If you need more time to rest or want to return to business earlier, you can adjust the dates or turn the Holiday mode off anytime.
