You can request a cashout before the regular payout date by going to the “Earnings” tab in your app.
I can’t see the Early cashout button
To be eligible for Early cashouts, you must meet the following conditions:
- At least 25 completed trips during the last 2 months
- Your account access is not suspended
- No transactions in progress
- Be compliant with our Terms and Conditions
You can use the feature only once per day. The button will reappear in your app on the next day.
If your access was suspended due to non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Early cashout will be available again in 1 month. Regular payouts will continue to be processed as usual.
My request for the Early cashout failed
Before requesting the cashout, ensure you have:
- Stable internet connection
- Your bank details are correct
- For security and compliance with our banking partners, we only allow payouts to bank accounts in your name
- Only bank accounts in the local currency are supported
- Your bank account is active
If you have any problems with your cashout, an error message will appear in the app with a description of the issue and instructions on how to resolve it.
How much does it cost to request an Early cashout?
The fee is specified in the app once you tap the “Early cashout” button. It reflects additional costs associated with such payment processing. Regular payouts are free of charge.
With Bolt Rewards, you may be eligible for free Early cashouts. Go to the “Bolt Rewards” tab in your app to see:
- Whether you have the benefit available
- The number of remaining free cashouts
You can request additional cashouts with the applicable fee when you use all of your free requests.
