Packing the order

Here are some tips to ensure the order arrives to the customer without damage:

  • Always pack the food in an insulated Bolt bag
  • Separate items according to their temperature, i.e. cold or hot
  • Place beverages in the cup compartments (if available)
  • Pack heavier items below lighter items
  • Pack items in an upright position to avoid spillage.
