We at Bolt Food take security seriously, so please follow these guidelines to keep your account safe:
- Never share your login details with anyone outside of your restaurant staff. This will ensure that your login details and, subsequently, business operations are kept private.
- Keep your password secure – don't use passwords that can be easily guessed. A strong password should be more than 10 characters, including letters (both uppercase and lowercase), numbers, and symbols.
- The Bolt Food team (account managers or the Customer Support team) won't ever ask for your login details over the phone or email. Don't give it out to anyone to avoid an external party to get access to your account, including your bank account.
- To avoid unrestricted access, please don't leave your tablet (or any other device that's logged in) unattended where any unauthorised person can gain access.
If you think someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, please contact our Customer Support team immediately so we can take the appropriate action.
